At the crossroads...

Which way is this team gonna go? Seems like we've been going backwards since the FL game. No doubt the schedule has been challenging but after all we heard in the pre season and with all these starters back. we should be playing a lot better than we have. All the other threads sum it up for me....better get this horse in gear and pronto. So damn frustrating...

We are where I thought we'd be...but not how I thought we'd be....

I'd like to see the staff re-evaluate some of the talent too. I'd like to see Givens play more, maybe we can put him at WR?
These next two weeks are imperative. A week of practice, followed by what should be a game we can either iron the kinks out or try something new, and then another week of practice until MAC play. The coaching staff will likely determine their future by the success these next two weeks display going forward.

I would also agree with that. I thought we'd be 1-3 (which we are) and had hoped for at least 2-2. But I still think our best game of the season was our opener at Florida. I felt we played a much better game overall at Florida (with the exception of our special teams) than we did in any of our last three games, including our lone win. Right now, this team looks very much like the one two years ago when we finished 2-10 than even last year's squad that finished 5-7. I keep hearing DC say how much better this year's squad is, and maybe it is in practice, but it surely hasn't translated on the field.....yet.

That is a great line. Should be in a country love song - seriously, great line.

Don't we have a country singer around here? Let's make it happen!

As usual, Freak, you nailed it.
We're going to find out a lot of things over the next few weeks, about these players, this team, Coach Clawson and the direction of this program.
GO FALCONS!
