I suppose I better get my picks in now because somehow, as the creator of the thread, I forgot last week. I'd be either 37-7 or 38-6 right now, depending on which way I went on USF/Ball State. (Iowa/CMU and Uconn/WMU would've been losses).

Buffalo at Connecticut - Uconn
Miami at Akron - Akron
Central Michigan at Northern Illinois - Northern Illinois
Ohio at Massachusetts - Ohio
Rhode Island at Bowling Green - Bowling Green
Toledo at Western Michigan - Toledo

Kent State. I think BSU can certainly win but I'll take the defense of KSU.
UConn. Neither team is great but UB can't pass at all I don't think.
Akron. Calling the upset here. Their offense is shockingly good.
NIU. Sure, CMU just knocked off Iowa, which NIU could not do, and sure, CMU is a veteran team, but make no mistake ... Iowa is a bad team, and NIU is playing far better now than when they played Iowa week one. NIU is I believe the best in the west.
OU. No contest.
BGSU. BG gets a good highlight-real win for the homecoming crowd, regains some much needed confidence, and goes into the final seven conference games with the mindset of expecting to win all seven. And the offense finally, finally works and works great.
WMU. I think that team up north is pretty darn good but WMU, even with a young receiving corps, is still the better team.

Yeah I've had some doozies on my phone. "Thi UT Rocker pay bGSI at Dite Pierry on Satjrda" kind of stuff. Funny thing was your post reminded me of watching the 1961 World Series highlight reel at school when I was little. Clete Boyer making one incredible play after another. They actually put together reels of film of major events and played them as previews to movies and at schools. Imagine waiting for more than a few seconds to see a highlight replayed these days.

I bought a game ticket for my little sister for Saturday. Texted her that she has a ticket in will call. MarkL fail on the keyboard when I typed ricket instead of ticket and it auto corrected. So she has a cricket waiting for her at will call.
