Eva Marie Saint was honored during the game and it was nice to see this legend back at BG.
Also, VP candidate Paul Ryan was at the game...yeah, we hammered his alma mater but that was very cool as well.

Yes, the 1962 MAC title team was celebrating the 50th anniversary of their season and I saw Erik White at the game as well. White helped BG to a 16-0 MAC record in 91-92 and 21-3 overall. Those were some GREAT teams...

The talk on MHT after the game is that congressman Ryan needs to stay away from the Miami football team, they are 0-2 and have gotten outscored 93-22 in the games he has attended.

Forgot to mention the Great Paul Miles was in the East stands as well. Jake and I moved over there in the 4th quarter to have a little fun with the RedHawk bench. Nothing bad but just a little fun. LOL.

Was his collar popped? You know that teach that at Freshman Orientation! They tried to teach it to us at Graduate Student Orientation, but we all revolted.

So... since Ryan was there, that's why my 10 yr old couldn't take his Freddie Barns autographed football into the stadium or did I just go in through the wrong gate. P.S. this pissed me off!

FWIW, Ryan left after his tailgate photo-op, before the game began.
