People need a warning to stay away from the Victory Inn? I just thought that was a given.

Danger!! Danger!!, Wil Robinson....bedbugs and fecal material on the sheets...

I stayed there ONCE...several years ago, when I was in BG on alumni business....room was cramped, dark, Pool wasn't operational. It's the first, last, and ONLY time I'll ever stay there.

Can't the city send out some dozers and knock the place down? Can't believe this is going on for this long without it being condemned...don't care WHAT the owner supposedly is doing to fix things...you can't fix things like this...you need to tear down and rebuild. BG could use another DECENT hotel...there's really only two now IMO.

I have stayed there twice this past year for the BG Soccer Challenge, and the place was fine. A cheap place for a referee crew to stay for a night, but I would never take my wife there.

I've stayed there a couple times as well....just needed a place to crash for the night after football games. Yeah it's a dump but it's cheap! However, I did thoroughly shower when I got home. LOL

We've stayed there more than once.

Never again.

I agree with '61, it's time that place is razed.

Stayed there before on short notice last yr for homecoming. Doors didn't close right, the place was/is a craphole. Felt just like my houses when I was a student!

Not good for a hotel, though. I second the "wouldn't take my wife there" sentiment. That'd be the last time I'd get her to anything in BG.
