This is a MUCH better start time than the possible 11:00am one. I'm more optimistic about the turnout with this now in place and after watching a girls soccer final there just a couple of weeks ago I'm REALLY excited to see a college football game played there.

It was my first time inside the stadium and I think it's an awesome venue for football. There is a HUGE parking lot so tailgating will be very easy.

I see where there will be Polleyes and Myles in the Falcon Club tent. I'm bringing 5 plus myself to the game. Anyone know how many guests I can bring into the Falcon Club with me?

Also the alumni tent from 12-2 should be a good time. The Crew redid that area recently.

Nice...leave Akron by 7:30 and hit the lot by 9:15 or so...GO BG!

It really is a nice venue, and under utilized for football.

Looking forward to seeing the stadium....gonna be a great time and let's get a win. Weather is gonna turn for the worse. Thur is calling for sunny and 61, Friday rain and 50. LOL. Doesn't matter as we wouldn't miss it for anything. GO FALCONS!!!!

I plan on being there early with the RV. (9-10 am). Look for the BG and Army flag. The whole family will be making the 15 minute trip to Crew stadium.

Perhaps the Freaks should hit the road at 7 then... Heck, the boys get up for school every day at 6:20 and can sleep on the way down. Last regular season game so we gotta make it count to get us to next fall.

It has been expensive in the past. And don't fall into the trick of parking at the Lowe's right next door and walking over, you will be ticketed! (at least during Crew games they watch it like a hawk)

About 5 days ago the projected weather for Friday was 56 and sunny. Every day since it seems the temperature forcast has gone down by a couple of degrees each day. As of 6pm today they are calling for a temperature of 49 degrees and rain ending by game time. Not great but it sure could be a lot worse for late November.

I also do not recommond parking in any of the residential areas nearby. I used to work a few side streets over from the Crew Stadium as we had an Armory there that is now closed. It is a high crime area. The Crew Stadium and surrounding fairgrounds however are safe.

I wish I could make it to this game. Crew Stadium is a great venue. My HS won state in soccer my senior year. Was a great place to watch a game.
