1969 "100" helmet

Does anyone know if the '69 commerative helmets had a falcon logo on one side and the 100 on the other, or was the 100 decal on both sides? I'm looking to add to my helmet collection and want to be as accurate as possible. I've checked The Helmet Project and can only see one side of the helmet in their image.
