Thought I could make the spring game but Jake has lacrosse practice until 7:30 Friday night and then we are taking him out for dinner for his 14th BD. Those of you going....how about a recap? Thanks in advance. GO FALCONS! We won't miss the games that count in the fall.

Don't think I'll make much, if any, of the game, but if anybody out there sees a fat guy keeling over trying to run the 5 miler please give me a hand!

I'll be on the road or in the air, depending on the time ... any chance this will be recorded and streamable? If not I'd be interested in some game recaps too.

I'm heading up for it. I'll try and give a recap.
In one of the interviews Clawson said they were going to try and do a player draft and have the game be a normal game. Which is fine. I'm interested to see how Schilz looks. It's always hard to judge a spring game. Hopefully get to see some matchups like Fahn Cooper against Charlie Walker, Jarius Campbell vs Chief, Givens against Lynch in space.

Campbell is out this Spring and Walker is as well I believe. Givens though should be very fun to watch. I liked him a lot last year and thought he would be our starter this year even if Samuel was back. Dude had solid offers coming out of high school (To name a few: Michigan State which breads RB's and Pitt obviously as he committed there), had some great runs in limited playing times against EMU and Va Tech, also Clawson seems to be excited about him from the interviews I have seen this Spring. Personally, I am very excited for the QB's. Clawson said all 3 will have time with the 1st team and have been in the previous scrimmages. I think Knapke is going to be a very good QB for us. Also, excited to see Travis Greene at RB. Clawson said he can make plays in open space and has in some of the scrimmages. We defiantly lacked big play makers last year consistently.

For those of you in the Lima/Findlay area that receive the WOSN sports network from your cable provider or can pick it up off an antenna they will be airing the BG spring game Saturday night at 8:00.
