Great game last night! I came up to BG for the championship game last year and was impressed by your facilitiies and hospitality-your program continues to impress. You did the MAC proud. Hopefully we hold up our end.

The mac has a good shot at winning all of their games this year. That would look awesome for us.

Fate would have it that Marshall will choke and be our only loss. Why do have the sinking feeling that's going to happen too? They are the only MAC team not favored to win their game. Considering their opponent that's pretty sad.

Honestly, who gives a rats @$$ about Marshall? I am so tired of hearing about the Herd from all of the Marshall grads I work with and the guys at our sister station in Huntington. (But I did make a load of cash off them on Nov. 13)

After the game against WMU, Pruett said that they were a C-USA team now. He even hinted at taking the MAC patches off their jerseys for the game.

IMO, this game was a macthup between a Big East team and a C-USA team and the Big East team won.

And on a humorous side note about Marshall, when the citizens of WV elected a new Governor this November, he started making speeches about how he was going to mandate that WVU and Marshall play each other. When I went to interview Rich Rodriguez (WVUs coach) for his reaction, he replied with "The only Marshall I care about is Rasheed Marshall (WVUs QB)." Since I cover the Mountaineers, that sums up my feelings on the subject. Oh well, three days until I leave for Jacksonville and the Gator Bowl. Oh how I wish they'd beaten Pitt so I could see Urban's last game with Utah.
