Malware on main page - Now Fixed! :)

Is anyone else getting a malware notification when you go to http://www.ay-ziggy-zoomba.com? I put a note under the Admin section but that was a few days ago and it still isn't fixed. Does anyone know who is in charge of this site?

I'd say that is a problem on your computer, not the site...

There is an issue. At a minimum, some anti-virus software packages (perhaps wrongly) perceive this site as a threat. But it might be worse than that.

Web of Trust, tool that rates websites in terms of safety, has a very bad opinion of this site. Also, at the office, WebSense blocks access completely. Both of these services sense a risk for some reason.

I don't know if this is connected but the only blue screen I've ever seen with this PC occurred while I was checking this site earlier this week. One minute I was reading a thread about something or other. Then, poof, blue screen crash.

There may be an issue.

Ha ha...no the problem is not on my computer. I'm a system engineer - computer networking. There is definitely a malware on the main page. Until the admin signs in and fixes the problem, I would definitely suggest avoiding the main page and go directly to the forums page. The forum pages are clear.

Yes it is probably related because my computer stopped letting me access the main page earlier this week. Download and run Malwarebyte's Anti-malware (it's free) to clear up any issues. Then make certain your antivirus product has an Internet Security component. If not, time to upgrade! It really is essential now a days.

I did a little more checking and this is what I found:

The website was infected within the last 7 days.

Two different Malwares were found on the site:
Blackhat SEO (that's definitely on the main page) and
Pharmacy Spam Site

13 pages on the site are infected.

I only visit the Football forum right now and it is safe. I'm not sure what other 12 pages are infected. If I come across another one (but I'm not going searching for it), I'll let you know. Hopefully whoever the admin is will eventually log in.

it's been more than 7 days. I have been getting the message for 3 weeks. I had to override my security to view the site. I'm probably infected but some things are more important.

I blame that school up north for the dirty infection. It's what they have and what they do.

I know at my last job this site was always blocked for the reasons mentioned above.

Site was hacked, just removed a lot of hidden links to a few pharmacy sites and removed some javascript code. Doing a full site scan now, we'll see what we find. I don't see anything wrong with the forums so far. Overall, the hack was relatively harmless. It was aimed at increasing SEO ranks for different websites.

Sorry about not seeing the message in the admin section - I tend to forget to check that, since it is rarely used.
