I hope nobody has brought this up yet, but a UT BG rematch in the title game is a real possibility. We control our own destiny, but UT only needs a little help. If NIU beats Ball State, and I would like to think NIU is favored...UT would then control its own destiny.
Unlike a lot of you guys, I don't root against Toledo. I was born in Toledo, and I just want to see the MAC do well as a conference. Having said that, BG is still my absolute #1, and I would really like to see some payback.
It all starts tonight. Lets beat the snot out of Ohio.

Would be cool, but we have a long, long way to go before we get there. I don't see UT beating NIU anyways unless Owens has a monster game and can shake the sub-par season he's had. BG just needs to worry about themselves and take care of business.

I'll be happy if we play UT, NIU or Ball State.

It would be awesome but if I had to take a guess I'd say 9-3 BG vs 12-0 NIU.

I got home from our game in time to watch 4-5 minutes of the Scud/bulls game. Two observations: (1). Scud uniforms are the ugliest in the entire NCAA. (2) scuds gave up OVER 600 yards

Why are the Scuds wearing black? I don't get it. Those things look like Steeler throwbacks or something.

As I watched the Falcons on ESPN3 put it on OU, I was thinking that the BG all orange uniforms with black? socks and underarmor is not a good look.

Not sure about you, but I'm pulling hard for the Huskies to win out! They are #15 in the BCS as of today with a real chance of sliding up near top 10... (#13 UCLA playing a good Washington team & #12 Oklahoma State playing #24 Texas) If those 2 games go in favor of the upset, NIU could slide right it... Wishful thinking, I know

Bottom line though is BG needs to pummel EMU first half / 3 quarters.. get the starters out, rested.. and then win against Buffalo.

Agreed. Brown, orange, or white would be preferable. Not sure why they've been doing that.

I also agree on the "black". Did NOT like the look at all, but.....it must have kept them warm, cause it worked!

If they play a complete game like that, who cares what color the accessories are that they wear? If the guys like the look and play more comfortable and WIN in the uni combo, why nit pick it. These uni trends today nationwide are for the players and recruits, not the people in the stands. The athletes love them so truthfully that's all that matters as long as they produce. Think of it as a reward for them as a result of their efforts.

I absolutely love the all orange unis.

And don't really care what color of under armour they're wearing with them.

I will watching the game at 8 o'clock on espn2 to night. I sure would like to see a rematch with tu WE can beat tu.

I like the all orange as a big game uniform or rivalry uniform. I still like the white helmets the best. Especially if BG is going to insist on using the BG space ghost logo. I think, the orange bird on the orange helmet looks odd.

As far as playing UT again.....I'd rather play an undefeated, ranked NIU.
