Programs were free after the game, but they were trying to sell a "scoreboard" - a little poster with the final score - for $5. Pretty cool that they were printed up and available at the end of the game; cooler if they were cheaper.

I bought one of those $5 posters -- pretty cool that they were made and proceeds went to a girls' softball team, but they misspelled "December". Pretty shotty editing.

We passed on those posters ...

We're going to order that packet from the newspaper. We're also going to order the highlight tape if I can get the GMAC Bowl website to come up (it's giving me the page not found thing right now). I also want to get a DVD of the game. Mitch had told me before this thing even started that he was going to do them, so I will be getting a hold of him first. Some guy on eBay is selling DVD's of the game also.

we almost got one of posters after the game.

if you bought the ticket holder, the posters were free, but you had to give them the insert which looked better than the poster itself.

I don't know if I would spend $10 on three days of newspapers....but I tell you their paper had more on the GMAC Bowl than the Akron Beacon Journal...which had exactly NOTHING!!! If it isn't about the Bucs or the Golden Flushes or why JD Brookhart is the second coming of Rockne....

They could have run a story on OMAR then made references to How he carries the team like LeBron or Charlie Frye then the rest of the story could have been about the Cavs or Zips.

I would spend the $10 on a program...that hasn't been rain-soaked and hotel register dryed. The One page reprints of the score although a good fundraiser didn't seem worth it either at the end of the night

Tell me about it...the Beacon Journal and Plain Dealer both had NOTHING about the game. Said it was "Too Late" ending to get the story. Well then, put it in Friday's paper!!! :x :x :x
