I love our current uniform combinations and while I'm not a big fan of the orange and brown color scheme, I thought this looked pretty sweet what the Browns could possibly have in 2015:

Similar to the " 80's" look which I always liked.

I thought Nike would come up with something awful for Cleveland, but if the Browns go with this, they'll prove me wrong. I think orange would look better for the pants on the road jersey, but overall, I think these would be among the best uniforms in the NFL.

I wouldn't want us to copy this design completely. I'm still undecided on what I want our helmet color to be. In my opinion, our logo doesn't look good on a white or orange background, and I can't decide whether or not a brown helmet would look good. I also want to see "BOWLING GREEN" printed above the numbers on the front in our jerseys like it is now.

One thing I want to see copied from this is the horizontal stripes. If you look at most of the buildings on our campus, you'll notice a lot of emphasis on horizontal-ness (if that's a word), especially on University Hall and the older buildings. There's about 5 rows of bricks that stick out a few inches farther than the rest, for no other reason that aesthetics. It helps the buildings match the landscape. I think this should be copied on our athletics unis.

If done right, a brown jersey with a white helmet would look fantastic. The trick is to do it right and in a way potential recruits would love.

I agree, but then it'll piss off some of the old timers! I love that we are trying to keep up with the times. I also love when we add a new wrinkle such as the grey jerseys that we broke out in the bowl (which I didn't realize we had as an option all season but just didn't use them until then). I also like seeing how many other BG teams are using black or grey in addition to orange, white or brown. Like it or not many non-BG folks think we already have ugly colors. But I love how we actually seem to be proactive for once with these uniform additions and that we're not sitting back on our heels while all our peers and many other programs are doing things.

I know this is just one guy, but a work friend told me that we have the best color scheme of all of college sports upon seeing my brown BG hat. I told him he is a good man.

I've said it before. Only one football D 1 university has orange and browns its primary colors. Celebrate it. Sell it. Live it.

In Ohio, we think of the Browns whom we predate. But for many HS athletes, it is special. It is different. Get all the cool combinations you can dream up. All the cool designs you can think of. Use the white. Use six different shades of orange.

The recruits will get it. They want to look special. Different. We are.

Someone referred to the "old timers" being upset by new color schemes.... I'm PROUD to be one of those guys, and like those new unis, assuming we use them...Brown and Orange ARE our colors...if we want to throw in the gray jersey, I can live with it for one game, but stay with our primary colors....WE ARE BG!!!!

Would LOVE to see the orange pants and brown jersey combo again...IMO, nothing beats it.
