There is an image that Christ Kingston tweeted that has a plaque which says "In appreciation of Paul ('78) and Marjori ('07) Krebs. Did Paul marry a woman that I graduated with?

Yes, she earned her Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University in 2007.
So he did marry someone you graduated with, just the marriage occurred well before ....
