12. Baylor over Buffalo. I'll be curious how well UB's offense works.
11. Ohio State over Kent State. I still don't have a full pulse on KSU but this one could get ugly fast.
10. Michigan over that team down south. That team down south was embarrassed by EKU, and now they have to deal with a pissed off Michigan team. Sorry about your luck.
9. Old Dominion over EMU. I still like the hire of Creighton a lot but man he inherited a train wreck.
8. Ball State over Indiana State. The MAC West is good this year and it should say something that Ball State missing all those graduating players might
win the division.
7. Northern Illinois over UNLV. UNLV is a solid team but NIU looks like they might be able to challenge BYU for the best non power conference team.
6. Marshall over Ohio. OU got blasted by UK in the final score but look a little more into it - OU played a great game defensively once they calmed down.
But Marshall will take care of business even though OU has had their number in recent years.
5. Syracuse over Central Michigan. CMU is pretty good and easily knocked off Purdue, but I think VMI may have had a chance at Purdue with how they played.
4. Cincinnati over that team up north. This might have been a harder pick if Ely weren't injured.
3. Vandy over UMass. UMass has actually looked pretty good so far, probably most improved in the conference from last year, and Vandy has looked terrible so I'm actually tempted to go the other way.
2. Idaho over WMU. Just an instinct here. WMU is quite talented but they're young and terribly coached.
1. Bowling Green over Indiana. I'm not about to start picking against Bowling Green. I didn't do it even in the 2-10 season so I'm not starting now.
