7. Pittsburgh over Akron. Akron gets to be a home cupcake this week.
6. Virginia over Kent State. UVA is going to have a great season this year, I believe it.
5. Virginia Tech over Western Michigan. VT has some frustration to take out. Sorry Broncos.
4. Ohio over Eastern Illinois. Don't be stunned if the Panthers give a good fight.
3. Bowling Green over UMass. This game looks like a trap for us. UMass is far better than their record would indicate, especially on offense. It's their homecoming and they're playing on campus for the first time in years. I've been a BG fan long enough to remember Temple 2006, EMU and that team down south 2008, and Kent State 2011, so this game naturally worries me. Our team better be ready because I guarantee UMass will be hungry and ready.
2. That team up north over CMU. Most MAC teams including us would have beat down Purdue pretty easily.
1. Buffalo over that team down south. That team down south is hit and miss. How can they hang with Cincinnati so well yet lose to EKU? First year coach syndrome, but they for sure are far better than last year. I don't have a solid read on UB yet.
