4-way MAC scoring play on MNF tonight

Ben Roethlisberger (Miami) pitched the ball to Antonio Brown (CMU) who threw a TD pass to Lance Moore (Toledo) then Shaun Suisham (BG) kicked the PAT. Pretty cool to see all those guys on the same scoring play.

I lost interest in the Browns when they passed on Ben Roethlisberger in the draft several years back.

Can we officially stop claiming the rapist as a MAC alum yet? Findlay finally realized he was scum and disowned him, why can't we?

I thought he disowned Findlay and then decided that since he graduated from Miami (OH) University that is was his prerogative to decide to declare his hometown as a little town that doesn't exist (but there is a high school by that name).

I think that was a pretty accurate account as how it went down. I just know prior to that (and the rape allegations) you couldn't walk through Findlay without hearing how everybody had some 4 degrees of separation affiliation with Ben and how much they all loved him. Now, I rarely even see anybody with his jersey on.

From most accounts he's a piece of trash human being. Glad to have a successful MAC player in the NFL, but man he's scum.

Trash and scum are being way too nice! I will never forget how he treated a couple of 10 year old boys that dared to ask him for an autograph at the Jamie Farr one year when he was chasing some LPGA skirt around the course. It wasn't pretty. :butthead:

I know his aunt and even most of his family believe he's a scumbag after that sexual assault claim that was conveniently swept under the rug. He's tried really hard to clean up his image by getting married and starting a family but the damage has already been done to his reputation.

A friend in Pittsburgh says he is persona non grata at a number of restaurants because he would not pay his tab. Would insist someone else would pay the bill.

All sounds like a typical Miami attitude to me.
