Kent State at BG game thread

Post by BGSU33 »

It's gameday! I really hope we see BG come out and just throttle Kent State and punch their ticket to Detroit tonight.

It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Travis Greene is out tonight.

Travis Greene in sweats with boot on left leg during pregame warmups. So he's not playing tonight. Hope he's ready for Toledo?

God, those jerseys are hideous. Lighter gray would have been far better. Similar hues are their doom.

Mid week games on cold nights don't do well with attendance. Maybe the MAC and ESPN can do the first half of the conference season mid week games. Nicer weather in October.

Really good drive there for Givens. Hopefully Coppet isn't hurt too badly and they can sit him out the rest of the night.

I'm pretty sure Coppet will be fine. He came running, not walking, off the field favoring a leg. Give him some time off and he'll be back in soon.

My dad is a runner and has a strategy for dealing with leg injuries. The three I's - ice, ibuprofen, IPA.
