Those look like the kind of kid's shoes that that light up when they walk. Does Nike make those in men's sizes?

The best looking uniforms on campus are those of the hockey team. Brown and orange. Those colors look great together.

We watched the hockey games on the internet this past weekend and my wife commented on how sharp the Brown unis looked.

I've liked the uniforms the past 3 years, though they could have done without the generic wings.

I'd like to see a throwback uniform for the game on legacy weekend each year. Also interested to see if new uniforms = new helmet designs.

I would be shocked if grey goes away, and I hope it doesn't. Those uniforms look awesome. Not as an every day uni, but it makes for a sweet alternate uniform.

With Nike I would expect to see some new creative designs. I love what they've done with Oregon and some of the NFL teams.

The grey is really misguided for us. It doesn't go with brown.

If we want to experiment, we should be experimenting with the khaki color in the beak of the Falcon logo. Leave the grey to the rest of the FBS (aside from Western Michigan and Wyoming).

I like the grey ones a lot too. I love seeing them in football and hoops.

Grey is the new black. Everyone had to have a black uniform 5 years ago, now everyone has to have a grey uniform. I'm fine with it, but, it seems played out at this point.

I'm sure we'll see more brown in football, nike has supplied Wyoming with brown for years. And it wasn't long ago men's basketball wore brown nike road uniforms.


Just out of curiosity.....Does anyone know what colors university sports teams wore when they were the, BG Normals?

It's been orange and brown since 1914. I'm pretty sure there weren't any athletics before that.

Considering that that was the first year that they held classes, you're probably right.

I have a pic of the 1917 BG Normal Basketball team hanging up in my office. The shirts look black with what appears to be an off-white stripe and gray shorts (look like hockey pants cut off above the knees).
