At least according to this site. I don't remember seeing MSU on any future schedule the last time I looked and I believe this was the same date that we had a game at Indiana on the schedule, so I assume this is a relatively new addition.

We sure are playing Maryland a lot (3) over the next five years.

I don't like playing MSU. That's a big physical team that can beat the crap out of you and ruin your conference hopes....

The agreement was two games at their place in exchange for one at ours. The Indiana deal was structured the same way. We probably wouldn't be able to get these guys to come to our place without the third game, so I think it's worth it for sure.

Wondering if it is something G Blackney had a hand in?

With the changing landscape of college football, any of these games are ok with me. But, I see your point. That has to be the only buy game for the year. Stick a game with a CUSA or Sun Belt school before or after and a FCS school in the other slot.

We've played well at MSU losing 10-7 and 28-17. Yes they are BiG and physical but it's a short drive and we can travel.

But do keep that at one buy game that season....

We led MSU 14-7 in the 2nd quarter and trailed just 21-17 in the 4th quarter in that one. I was at the Michigan State spring game yesterday and let's just say I hope that's the offensive performance we see outta the Spartans in 2017. I know it was only a spring game but ugh...
