Gonna take a (few) guesses...
WR- 2 (Lewis, Moore)
OL- 2-3 (Huettel, Bennett, Dietz-maybe)
RB- 1 ( Greene)
QB-1(assume Johnson) - outside shot for Knapke
K- 1 ( Tate)
P-1 ( davidson)
PR- 1(Burbrink)
DL- 1 ? (Colvin - if healthy- Thomas- if still on team?)
LB- 0
CB- 1 ( maybe Stephens)
S - 1 (assume ND transfer Hardy might make it)
Hope someone else proves me wrong on def. Side of ball.

The defensive talent is there but the experience is not. This will be a young, young defense. Last time we were this young on defense was 2010/2011. Now that last year's defensive coordinator has been fired and we have an actual defensive coordinator with a proven track record, our defense should be better even with new faces everywhere. If the defense plays well or is at least decent this year, they could be really good in 2016 with all the freshmen and sophomores playing this year.

Indeed. It's rarely as good or as bad as you expect. I'm guessing we will have pretty good offense and a below average defense for the MAC.

I think our D is going to be better than most think...even if it doesn't look that way the first 4 games. I really like the Brian Ward hire. Yes, we have holes and youth to address but we'll be better than last year. Can't get much worse, really.

Playing Tennessee, Maryland and Memphis will be quite a measuring stick for this defense. We will know quickly if they are improved. Im a little skeptical about that unit.

So it's likely that we have 5 WRs int the top 70... Deiter, Burbrink, Moore, Rhodes and Lewis. Not to mention we should have Gallon back, who if completely healthy would probably be our best WR IMHO.
