I can think of a guy who is qualified if the requirement is unproven quarterback, Omar maybe.

And if the qualification is most important key player to a team, then Josh Haldi, Anthony Sherrell, Stan Hill, Bruce Gradkowski, and Josh Cribbs should be among the most important, not Betts. Just my two cents.
