Only be a matter of time before the government cracks down on these sites since I highly doubt the proprietors are having to pay taxes on their money collected from players.

Draft kings is a us operated company so I cannot imagine how they'd be getting away with out paying taxes.

The real issue is how this is classified as a game of skill and legal while online poker continues to be deemed a game of chance and thus not legal to operate in the us.

I think the fantasy sites were operating on a wink and nod..."yeah, it's a game of skill"...when they were smaller and quieter. Now the money is really flowing, they advertise evrywhere and Congress is beginning to take notice so they can regulate it and ruin everyone's fun.
