That's going to be a fun day in BG. Can't wait for that.
I've always liked it when Homecoming and/or Family Weekend were mid to late October, as opposed to being in September or early October because then you have the possibility for Football & Hockey doubleheaders.

For someone driving up 3 hours that morning and planning attending both, they couldn't have done a better job scheduling this, then bumping hockey back 30 minutes is just perfect. No way would a 3pm kick work to get over to a 7pm hockey game with the way our games have gone and noon would have made for a REALLY early morning for this Falcon.
Now, let's all pray for no lighting delays.

2:00 is solid. I prefer a bit later, but with as long as our games take and with the hockey game, I understand it.
Gonna be able to get out there early to tailgate, cook up a nice lunch, hit the game, then find someplace in town for dinner. Let's hope for some awesome weather! Gonna be the debut of at least one little Falcon!
