Why were the Cheerleader not at the Kent Game? Does anyone know why? Great game today? OU next!

I did find it odd both the cheerleaders and mascot were not there yesterday.

My only guess is it's mid-term week coming up or something, I too was surprised not to see any students, cheerleaders or mascots there. I believe in 2013 a bunch of BG students made the trip to Kent.

Rumor has it that athletic dept refused transport of cheerleading crew, allegedly due to " Budget " constaints. If true, pretty pathetic that we cant afford a van to transport even 6-8 cheerleaders to a CONFERENCE game. Hope this issue gets resolved soon as it makes us look bad in the MAC.
