I'll be making the trip up from the Sunshine State and wanted to see who else would be in attendance on Friday?

Will be meeting up with around 20 other Falcon faithful prior to the game.

For the third straight year, we'll be hosting an official unofficial gathering at The Old Shillelagh. As mentioned, the place has done us right for multiple Detroit bowl games and was a good gathering place last two years as well. It's near the "official" BGSU meet up at BW3 but a bit more organic of a place and a place we can sort of take over as a Falcon bar.

At this time plan on plopping down at The Shillelagh sometime mid/late afternoon. Hope to see you there and at the game!

Note that this year gametime is 8pm again!

U know we'll be there. Try like hell to make it by 5:30.

Hoping to get downtown by 5ish. We usually get some drinks at Elwood Bar and Grill before the game.

FYI. They are doing bridge construction on the Rouge River Bridge in both directions on I-75. Between mile marker 43-45. 2 lanes each direction are closed. Rush hour traffic can take an extra 30 minutes to get through.

We are heading up as soon as the wife gets home from school. We are going to meet a few friends and taking Dexter so I don't think we'll make it to the shillelagh. If we make it there in time for pregaming it'll probably be at the state bar across from Comerica

Yes. They serve food. So it's pretty much a low budget sports bar around meal times.

We have 6 of us that will be at the Falcon get together at BW3!

At that time for the football pregame yes, you should be good.

This will be the 3rd or 4th time we have been there. My 11 year old son will be with me. Family friendly.

I'll be there with the old man around 6pm or so.

This is my 5th trip to Detroit with BG...2003, 2013 (both MACC and bowl game) and 2014. We have 8 in our party that will be there. We have always stayed at the Atheneum while there. Should be up there around 3 or 4pm.
