Interesting, my guess is he coaches the team for the championship game and then lets one of the coordinators coach the team in the bowl game.

I knew something was afoot when he announced practice was off-limits to media and spectators this week. He doesn't want any questions about this until after the game Friday night.

I really, REALLY, hope this doesn't hurt the team. I expected him to go somewhere but I didn't expect it to happen before the MACC. Clawson at least went after we played in the MACC. Very disapponting of the timing of this to say the least.

Would be a GREAT choice, but may well stay at Maryland with Durkin too!

I agree. We have our biggest game of the year coming up in 5 days and now this is gonna be the focus of attention all week long leading up to it. Big distraction.

Given the juice the Tiller clan seems to have after the Jans contretemps, take a look at former Purdue assistant Brock Spack.

National media outlets reporting nothing is done while local reporters in Orlando confirm it is done. This is why this whole thing is stupid. I hope ADs or Presidents get together and hammer out some sort of way to go about this process without pissing people off.
