BG will play Georgia Southern in the Go Daddy Bowl.
Nothing against Georgia Southern but I have zero interest in this bowl game. Was hoping for a different bowl.

GASO lost today as well to Georgia State. 10-3 vs. 8-4.

Yea, kind of a thud of a game against a 3rd place Sun Belt team and a tough time to have it. Xmas time in San Diego, S Florida, or the Bahamas I would do.
Mobile? Hard pass.

Zero interest in this game....don't see many Falcons making the trip down there this year. Nice work MAC, great job with your bowl affiliations!!!!!

BG the Champions of the Mid American Conference goes to Go Daddy Bowl in Mobile? I was hoping for a better bowl. Disappointed.

Disappointed if this is true...decent bowl but cmon we should be playing either the CUSA champ or At least Sun Belt champ. Sucks...

We should be playing the #2 or #3 seed in a 16 team playoff, but alas the powers that be said we're not allowed.
So which random bowl game we make it to doesn't really matter to me. Especially since we'll be forced to play it without our head coach. I'll watch, and hope for a win, but which bowl game we end up in just doesn't really matter to me.

We really should work out a deal with one of the 2nd tier bowls... MAC champ vs AAC champ

Happy to go bowling, but very disappointed in the bowl. Seemed like in recent years past the MAC helped work out matchups. I understand the Go Daddy Bowl had the first pick but damn. I know GSU had a tough loss today but we'd better start getting ready for that offensive scheme like yesterday.
