BG Outfitters

Any word when BG Outfitters will be up and running? Or is it and they just have neglected AGAIN to put together a competent website.
As I have discussed with a few of you privately, I'm not ok with the University controlling all of the apparel options when they've proven ZERO competence at doing so in the past.
People want to buy it and support it which in turn supports the University, but having a logical easy to use website is the first step. And I'm not sure that's ever been accomplished.

I believe it is open on campus...as for a competent website...good luck.

It has been open for a week now. It looks good but I do miss the odd options SBX would bring in to try out just because. I fear because the space is smaller than before we will only see the standard set of merchandise. I am still hopeful another option will open up.....
Concerning the website, you're kidding right................

Once again, you can throw money at anything. it doesn't mean anything will change. Same people doing the same old thing.

I was there yesterday. Still in process of getting things out, but open. Better than the old store, but still doesn't come close to SBX in my opinion.

I called and got a flustered student worker. She said "be patient, we only opened a week ago and need time to get things online"
She said that there are new Nike items they have that "have been pulled" for the website" and they should be up hopefully by the end of next week.

I'd like to see them offer a hockey jersey. I know that SBX had them but I wasn't ready to pull the trigger then.

I got to walk around the store yesterday, it's not a whole lot different than the old set up, only now there's only one floor and no books.

I'm assuming we'll see those when hockey season gets closer. They've had a different design every year for at least the past 3 years.
