Forecast is for heavy rain until 1:00 then showers. Will the game start on time? It's 10:15 and there is thunder and lightening at the Ohio/Indiana border. That should reach BG around 11:45. May there be a delay??? Predicting less than 8,000 in the seats. BG wins, 38-35.

As I wrote in the preview, our run game may be the key. MTSU will want to pass on us as that is their bread and butter. The rain will throw a wrench in that plan. If we can run all day and complete simple passes, we can control the clock and move the ball. Get the run game going consistently, make some good stops and we win. If the defense is always a step behind MTSU's offense, we lose.

My parents said 1.7" of rain since 6am in BG. Glad it's not natural grass. Would be another mud bowl.

Is there lightning nearby? I could see a weather delay happening

Lightening near the Indiana border at 11am but none detected now. Looks like rain will be over around 1.

I have Time Warner. If you live in the BG area, NESN is carrying it (must have Sports Pass) and 24-2 (not HD). ESPN3 will at least be HD.

Knapke had the tight end wide open in the middle of the field but he threw it out of bounds. Time to see what somebody else can do. Also, can we please get rid of the rugby punt. Almost kicked the ball right into the block

Well, I think my estimate of 8,000 is high. Maybe 4500 at best.

I don't care how good he is I would sit moore at least the rest of this quarter. You cannot have that kinda bs stupidity. To try and scoop that ball in a sunny day would be asinine. In the rain? I'm sorry but just pure raw stupidity.
