Maybe he'll get a job as a rbs coach at a power five school and leave because the money is too good.

Or go back to being a waiter.

Any of the people BG should have looked at beginning last September when Babers agent began seeking other jobs?

You know it's bad when BG goes Twitter silent for an entire half of football.

I feel like our chance at DJ Durkin has passed us. He would be my choice.

it is going to take a miracle to rid ourselves of this guy for 4 more years. We don't buy coaches out. We are stuck. he will be on the gravy train and we will suffer. Who would hire him? 1-2 wins per year is probably a generous guess. I hope Mount Union isn't on our schedule.

Oh Good Lord, and shades of Louis Orr! If the Athletic Department lets this fester for 3 more years. BG will become the laughingstock of D1 football. I honestly wonder whether any team in recent history has given up 77 points in two games so early in the season so far. I can't remember ever hearing or reading about such a thing, but it may have happened.

Regardless, this is the worst coaching hire I can recall at BG in a long, long time. And yes, even worse than Orr. And we're paying for it in a big way.

I think everyone, me included is putting the cart before the horse a little bit. I'm willing to give Jinks the remainder of the season to see what, if anything he can salvage from the embarrassing non-conference showing. At the very least, the blowout this week will truly give us an idea as to how well he can rally the team and address the numerous issues his team has. One thing about being a coach is that you can't run and hide when the sh*t hits the fan.
