Numbers displayed on Sebo Center

I can't find any photo or article that shows players jersey numbers displayed. I know Paul Miles is the only 'retired' number, but there are about 4 others displayed. Eric White, Dave Preston, Janssen Patton?, Chris Shale? and what was the criteria for displaying these numbers? thanks
