Clawson is pretty dumb to let outside personnel around their game plans.

Ummmmmmmmmmm... in Clawson's defense, you'd like to think you could trust your radio announcer, especially when the guy was a freakin' player and assistant coach at your school. This is all on Elrod himself, not Clawson or his staff.

Bet you that doesn't happen with Urban, Harbaugh, or any other legit coach.

Those game plans are on lockdown.

I heard Elko may be up for the Notre Dame defensive coordinator job. That would be a huge blow for Clawson and not a smart move by Elko. Brian Kelly is in the same position that Charlie Strong was last year at this time.

Elko was the guy I wanted to hire in 2014 and I'd have gladly taken him this past job search.

I would agree MarkL. It's not like they didn't know anyone. I sat across the aisle from her at the MACC 2013 and as the time began to dwindle down she became emotional in that she didn't really want to leave but knew she would be following him.

Leaving Wake for Notre Dame is a no brainer. Pay is probably 3 to 1 atleast, and regardless of Brian Kelly's future, he will have options going forward.

Hey Apollo.

Go back and watch Sportscaster today or Mike n Mike.

They had several coaches and players on discussing this. Usually on Thursday coaches invite the radio guys and the television guys (ESPN, FOX, CBS) to sit in on practices and afterwards discuss what plays they may use. Mike n Mike said 95% of all coaches discuss what plays they may use against its opponents. The radio and TV guys are to keep that information confidential. So before you say Clawson is stupid or Urban would never allow a radio guy to discuss game plans you should know your facts. Danny Kanell even said Miles, Meyer and a few others allowed the radio and TV guys watch and breakdown game films with them. This is not on Clawson at all.

Sportscaster is a great show.

And it's not like this is just some radio monkey..this guy was a member of the "coaching fraternity" with connections to Wake.

Elko may feel the need to leave Clawson's side because he may think Wake is as far as Clawson's going up the ladder

Maybe you guys are right.....I just think a lot of this falls on Clawson. Its one thing to give a guy a little access, I just think most coaches are a little more careful with gameplans. Not even worrying about someone trying to sabotage you, just allowing people access to things that could accidentally get passed along.

Is anyone talking about the teams that took the information?

Exactly, the guy who steals the exam before the final is usually not the only cheater.

Is anyone surprised Petrino used the information?
