#5 gets me...There are "professionals" in charge! Not only is it to loud but they play that stuff over the band, referees calling a penalty, into plays including play calling even for us! Really! Do away with it and let the band take over

I wonder if this is more complicated than just setting one level. Does it need to be adjusted for the size of the crowd, the wind speed, and direction?
