BG vs Toledo. Based on this website list below, if BG loses this year, it will be the first time since I was born that BG has not led the all time series, 1962. Also, the last time I attended a BG game, was the last time BG won. Sadly I can't make it this year.

Edit, I think this excludes pre D1A games so maybe it was prior to 1962.

If every game is included, Bowling Green currently leads the all-time series 39-38-4.

SF is correct. UT last led this series in 1957, at 10-9-1, I believe. Once Mr Perry took over, we flew by them. But, the last 20 years, they are 14-6 against us. It has to effin stop.

Oh and we have 12 MAC titles to their 10. So there.

Get used to what has happened the last 10 years...meaning, get used to the idea that Toledo will be leading this series in another couple seasons. The Toledo program is making good hires and maintaining consistency in its program, while BGSU is all over the place. Good hires, bad hires. Jinks may go down as one of the worst, all-time, unless he can find a way to turn this around -- which is extremely unlikely.

I would gladly take winning MAC titles over beating Toledo any day. I'm not saying it wouldn't be nice to beat them, it would, but beating Toledo is the same as beating any other MAC West opponent to me. I rate beating MAC East teams over beating Toledo. You can't win a MAC championships unless and win your division first - just ask Toledo about that. It's why they can only brag about beating BG and can't talk about getting to Detroit let alone winning a MAC Championship in the last decade.

But I fully expect Toledo to beat BG this year and to also see the Rockets in Detroit. The only way BG is getting there is if our guys buy tickets and attend the game for fun. Toledo has sustained what was built prior to their coaching change and BG has completely fallen apart. It's not even comparable.

I strongly disagree with this statement. I think some of our guys probably have friends that play for UT (or whoever wins the East) and can get free tickets from them.
