RIP, Bernie.
The BG alums in the entertainment business who were fairly well known are all "up there" in age, so Bernie's passing isn't exactly a shock. Sad, yes. Eva Marie Saint is now 93! And Tim Conway is 83. They've had some great moments in their careers, and it has given BG alumni some bragging rights for a long, long time. However, a number of generations have since come along who have no idea who any of these folks were (or are). Am I missing any more current BG alums in the entertainment world?

Yes, you are forgetting one very famous 'actor' who went to BGSU. HE also played football and track & field.
Robert Patrick. Surely everyone knows who he is.

Funny you should mention the "aging" of famous BG alums. CH5 in Cleve. Recently saw the retirements of two long time news anchors, Leon Bibb(who's also been on BGs board of trustees), and Lee Jordan. In addition, Wilma Smith retired from CH8 over a year ago.
I realize these folks aren't as famous or well known as Bernie Casey ( who lived down the hall from me in Shatzel our freshman year), but they ARE well known in Cleveland and NE Ohio.
BG had an excellent reputation for producing outstanding communication folks.
And now, back to football?
