After the negative yards from the 4 bad snaps we had a total of ONE yard rushing.
Pathetic.

Yep. And according to Jinks, running the ball is "our identity."

Why don't we try to convert someone to running back. We need a K. Hunt type back. Give him 20 touches not the guts we have. Too little in my opinion.

Because we have no one to try and do that with. The next Travis Greene isn't walking thorough the door any time soon. Hell, even Greene would fail trying to run behind this OL and play in this offense.

Someone asked what happened to my Son, Brian Jennings II, after the video showed he wasn't involved with the fake $100 situation, why he wasn't on the roster? This is why...
He came over from EIU, where he played as a True Freshman, with Babers. Obviously, Babers left and he wasn't prepared to sit another year. He left the program because Jinx was never going to give him, or anyone else, a real shot at RB. He had some guy's he was recruiting prior to coming and they were going to get their chance. He was seen as a Babers guy.
Also, the narrative of BG being a running team as their identity never availed itself infield as it did in the press. You can knock Babers but he understood Offensive talent. Maybe Babers saw my Son talented for HIS offense and maybe my Son's talent didn't translate well into this offense.
Flipside: Babers told my Son come to BG and Syracuse and he would play. Sure this coach did the same and he's honoring his word to these young men and their parents. Can't get mad at that.
