Now that it's game-day and I'm seeing tweets and messages about the game, I've come to realize that one thing I hate more than UT is:

"The Battle of I-75".

I searched the worst trophy games in college football and we came in at 3rd...with some other MAC trophies as well.

USF and UCF have the "War on I-4" if thats any better...

Anyways I wanted to say good luck Falcons. For once you should have better uniforms than ours

It isn't good. An interstate highway is so generic. There are at least a half dozen other FBS schools on this same interstate.

I have a couple of ideas. One would be to play off the Toledo War of 1835. Maybe there is some artifact from that era (real or imagined) we could stick on a trophy. Mount a penknife on a base and call it the Two Stickney Trophy? I'm not sure, but at least it wouldn't be so generic

That won't be hard. Of course they'll all arrive a half hour late because they still can't figure out that there is more than one road that goes to BG from Toledo.
