MAC Championship game

Post by gmartin »

Not much of a game today.

Yesterday it was announced the MACC will be played at Ford Field until 2021.

I like the game in Detroit. It's pretty much the perfect facility for this type of game.

Too bad Akron couldn't have made it more of a game. I think Ohio might have.

Toledo sure made alot of gamblers mad. Toledo was 20 point favorite. Toledo was up 38-0. Then up 31 pts with under 7 min. They then allow 14 points and only win
45-28, not covering the spread..... Hmmmm. Interesting. Lol. Didn't UT have a point shaving scandal before.

I will give you that. I don't see us winning next year.

If UT didn't win it this year...they probably weren't going to for another 13 years
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

This was the weakest MAC I think I've ever seen. Even weaker than 2005 and 2010. I said late in the season that whoever wins the title needs to put a star next to it. The fact we could only win 2 games in this terrible conference is telling.

Or Akron did. Like BG they suspiciously start scoring late. Interesting.
