Anyone else heading to Atlanta for the game at Ga Tech?

Just booked our rooms downtown at the Hyatt Regency, gonna do the College Football Hall of Fame on Friday, game Saturday, and aquarium on Sunday.

I'm sure several falcon greats will be at that game as half of Urban's recruiting classes from Atlanta and the surrounding areas.

Good point. I'll need to wear my "JANSEN PATTON EATS P.J. FLECKs FOR BREAKFAST" shirt.

I would still love to know why J5 threw third and fourth down bombs to Jansen in the end zone vs OSU when he didn’t line up on offense at any other point in his career that I can recall.

I'll be there. My parents live just south of the city in Senoia, which makes for a perfect reason to go visit.

If you haven't been to the College Football Hall of Fame before, it's pretty cool for all ages. The 3rd floor is where the actual Hall is where all of the inductees are listed. There are interactive screens where you can learn about the individuals as well as see some short video packages that talk about certain individuals. The second floor is more of an interactive level where you can have a little hands on entertainment as well as see some of the famous trophies that are awarded for certain bowl games and individual awards. The ground floor actually has a small turf room where you can kick a field goal, they have a small obstacle course you can run, and a net you can throw some passes into. Military veterans receive free admission as well. I've been there twice and have enjoyed both trips. The first time I went, they had a nice cutout of Matty J as we walked in, as they show the previous season's conference champions, so unfortunately, you'll probably be greeted by Logan Woodside as soon as you walk into the Hall this fall.

I always wondered that as well. On the one bomb he did draw double coverage and the dude could flat out catch. Saw both 3 Pick games The General had against Kent State and NIU. One of my fave, if not all time fave, DB's. Stone Mountain, GA.

Won't be able to make that Tech game as we are flying out to Eugene for a 5-6 vacation and gonna go duck hunting. I'd like to get to Tech's stadium someday.
