I don't think anyone would have expected Scott Miller to be invited. He isn't a draft prospect, but he will almost definitely be a UDFA signing. Cody Thompson is 6'2" 200lbs. That's closer to what the NFL is looking for when they draft receivers. The only small WRs I see going in the draft this year are Marquise Brown out of Oklahoma and Greg Dortch out of Wake Forest (Clawson guy!) who was probably one of the most dangerous guys with the ball in his hands in all of college football this year.

Isabella will be gone in the first 75 picks, IMO, 40-60 range wouldn't shock me at all.

He's puny, but lightning quick and could put up an eye opening 40 yd dash. Not to mention TONS of collegiate productivity.

Makes sense about Thompson height but guess I was going by '18 stats and didn't even see him in top 10 for either receptions or yards.

I know Miller put up big numbers but personally I thought he disappeared a lot then would show up again in garbage time for a long game or TD. Also thought for being a slot guy his hands were inconsistent. Thompson was by far a superior wideout and reminded me of a taller edelman

Typical NFL...care more about height over whether someone can play the game.

That's why a ton of UFA's make teams every year and drafted players are cut.

I saw some Scott Miller numbers on Twitter:

15 reps on bench press

123” broad jump

4.32 40 yard dash

34" vertical

Absolutely should.

Do they run the standardized agility drills as well? 3 cone and short shuttle? Curious to see his times in those.

Miller still has spotty hands IMO and hasn't shown the proven ability to be a legit route runner across the middle. When he did go across the middle it led to timid drops as he was scared to get hit

Would have been 5th at the NFL Combine this year, and 3rd for a WR. I think that measurement alone will get him a few UDFA calls to see if he can catch in camp.
