More bad news for an already thin defense. Hassan Belton tweeted that his knee injury is much worse than originally thought and that he has to retire from the game. He was expected to be a major part of the LB corp this year. I feel bad for his and hope he has a long and successful career outside of the game.

Were the coaches expecting him to be a major factor or were we?

Apparently he is graduating this summer. He has already accomplished the primary goal of student athletes.
