I know this will cause a panic for some, but I believe there will be more to go in the coming weeks. Not coincidentally, There was a surprise drug test right before break.... and Coach was obviously done coddling knuckleheads at the “clear picture” presser. I’ll say it now, so I’m not casting stones later.

I mean, good. You never want to see people go, especially in the situation we're in, but we need guys in this program who aren't going to jeopardize the team in the long-run for some "fun" in the short-run. Gotta be smarter than that, guys.

Depends on the panel uses for the test. Certain workout supplements will cause positive test results.

And I would hope that's something they take into account, for sure.

I hate to think football players whose scholarships are funded by donations use money on illegal drugs. But I also hate to think that a juicy steak does bad on the waistline. Some realities are just unfortunate.

By all means. Clear out anyone who is not dedicated and open the spots for players who want to put in the work both on and off the field.

Coach Loeffler had a real look in his eye in that news conference. To me, he seemed stunned -- and yet full of resolve -- based on something he had recently learned. I'm inferring that. I don't know the guy, but it was a moment unlike anything I can remember in listening to or watching post game comments.

Hudson news hurts. After Jordan Anderson, he was perhaps my favorite freshman on this year's squad.

FYI: Falcon blogger wrote that Hudson was an early enrollee, but he was not.

I think more a close to home thing may be happening with him, and Rutgers may have an interest.

I was looking forward to he and Jordan improving, along with McBride coming back to stabilize DB’s next year; but it looks like quality help is on the way. Next man up.

Oh....I imagine they might use a more narrow focus than the NCAA, but certainly not wider

Big bucks for full panel NCAA type with PED. This was probably standard High school style drug panel.

Particularly if you have an idea of what you're looking for...
