BG's average margin of defeat is 35 ppg - vs MAC schools! Not vs Power Five schools, we're talking about our peers. And what's even more frightening is, it could be much worse as team's are pulling starters, letting the play clock run down and aren't even attempting passes throughout much of the second half. That mark of 35 ppg could realistically be closer to 50 ppg if teams played all 4 quarters against us. That's downright frightening and beyond alarming. Forget being competitive in the MAC, we wouldn't even be competitive in the FCS. This very well might be the worst I have ever see BG football in all my years following this program, and that includes the Jinks debacle. We are non-competitive, lifeless, and often look clueless. It's downright embarrassing. I was 100% okay with the MAC not playing this year because I knew we'd be bad. But I had no idea it would be this bad.
