Really solid story. High character young man there. And as I had a good friend who ended up on the wrong side of his 50% chance, I truly cannot fathom what Jaedyn and his family endured. Just waking up each day had to be a relief.

And the point of the story where Jaedyn's mom revealed to him the diagnosis and prognosis. That was heartbreaking to read.
