We're not the worst!!!!
The Athletic puts us at #125 out of 130!! Akron is 124...NIU is 120.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Worst in the MAC by virtue of losing to Akron last year. ULM, UMass, UConn, ODU, and NMST round out the cellar.

Re: We're not the worst!!!!
Given that Akron and Northern Illinois are both on our schedule, we can settle this question on the field.
I fear it may not go well for us, but we'll see. Maybe this team will start to gel as we settle into MAC play.

Tennessee feels far too low. I know they haven't been great of late, but to have them lower than Toledo, Kent and Buffalo seems pretty suspect. It's still a team with SEC talent.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 26, 2021 3:39 pm 2021 Opponents:

If I had to take a bet in the generally morbid pool of first coach to be fired, its Dino. He's having a tough time getting recruits to the middle of nowhere northern New York. He's abandoned his offense for a generic fast spread. It's not working. Of all the jobs open in 2015, his best shots would have been Maryland or Missouri as recruiting is far easier. Though I would have preferred be stay one more year at BG.

Dino has a very lucrative buyout in his contract, somewhere between $12 and $17 million. Unless someone with deep pockets close to Syracuse steps up, he very likely isn't going anywhere. He's got a damn good agent.MarkL wrote: ↑Thu Aug 26, 2021 5:32 pm If I had to take a bet in the generally morbid pool of first coach to be fired, its Dino.
