Just figured I'd start a thread (since I didn't see one) for any updates on Falcons in the NFL. Unfortunately (although perhaps unsurprisingly) the impetus for this thread was the update on Quintin Morris:

IF she's right he can end up on a practice squad, which is a good place for him.

Ryan Hunter and Scotty Miller should be safe. if you want to count Dieter, he should be safe too. I think that's it for who's in the league.

New coaching staff at the Jets and a shiny new #2 overall QB so no telling if Morgan sticks around. But he hit a hail mary at the end of the last preseason game from near 50 yards out to cap a comeback and end the game as a tie.

Ryan Hunter and Gehrig Dieter were both cut, as was James Morgan.

Shows what I know. Silver lining is all three could be practice squad bound.

Quintin Morris also cut, but the Bills are planning to add him to the practice squad.

Morgan had some impressive throws this preseason, aside from the Hail Mary. I think he'll be on the practice squad but could also see him getting claimed by a team that's short a QB once we get a few weeks into the season.

Dieter staying with KC practice squad, Morris with the Bills. Hunter expected to be on Chargers PS, Morgan on Jets.

2022 update - Quintin Morris made the Bills roster, Scotty Miller secured another year with the Buccaneers. Ryan Hunter was let go by the Chargers.

Gehrig Dieter announced a month or two back that he is retired after being cut by the Chiefs.

Quinton Morris just had his first career reception for the Bills.

Miller had 3 receptions for 34 yards and one carry for 8 yards yesterday. Bucs have a lot of players out so hopefully he gets more involved like he was a couple years ago.

Quinton had a nice game today making a couple of catches and playing a key role.

Quintin Morris caught a TD pass in the first quarter for the Bills tonight. Good to see him succeeding in the NFL.

Scotty Miller just signed a deal with the Atlanta Falcons.
