Carl Pelini

Post by guest44 »

The guy so many on this board wanted as head coach, and the guy who was originally kept on as an assistant.

(Not excusing DV at all - if he did it, he's awful)

Hindsight is 20/20. Congrats on your ability to predict the future.

What are tonight's Powerball numbers, by chance?

I understand police have Raided Kit Hughes home, with a warrant to search for Pellini.
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

Revisionist history. Looking back on the coach searching threads, there is little love for Pelini. A lot of "it's probably going to be Pelini but here's all the coaches I'd rather hire".

The "I told you so" schtick is so lame. He hasn't been a university employee since what, late-2018? It's truly immaterial, but whatever fits guest's narrative regarding BG athletics.

Hope Carl gets the help he obviously needs.

Hindsight is 20/20. Or you could not hire Mike Jinks and then turn the program over to a guy who had this on his resume.

Babers isn't responsible as Loeffler once ranted. Look at the people who are really responsible. The people who hired years and years of clown show.

Is every aspect of your life stuck in the past? Do you listen to music on cassettes and ask people "what's the happs?" when you see them?

The person responsible for what you mentioned did actually resign. Or do you still believe Bob Moosbrugger hired Mike Jinks?

The program was turned over to Carl Pelini? He was the interim man for five games. Employers do that kind of thing when someone quits or gets fired. It's nothing but a placeholder. By your definition, Adam Scheier was the worst ever head coach in BG history since he lost the Pizza Bowl to Pitt. The program was turned over to him, y'know?

This is insanity.

Insert violin music…..
After the Tennessee game, we settle all BG business. Bob has to answer for Kit…. You think you can fool a Guest?? Come on. They’re all dead: Loeffler, Pellini, Cato June… Morrison.
