How soon can you use the headache excuse? I mean, he's always used that excuse when he had a great team but $h!t was about to hit the fan in regards to sanctions or behaviors. I think he has to get Jacksonville to a winning record before that excuse is pulled out or else everyone will just call him a coward and all of his past exits from coaching positions will be heavily criticized by even more people.

I hard shoved the fact that he would NOT see 32 games as an NFL coach.

I'm starting to wonder if he doesn't see 16 games.

The on field product is a dumpster fire. They're largely missing talent, but the whole thing is a mess. But this off field stuff is insane for an NFL head coach. I think the first sniff that Kahn gets he could fire him with cause, Urb is done. I think they already know there's no way he turns this thing around on the field, so if they can escape and not pay his entire contract they'll take that chance.
