First, somebody took Hughes off our hands, now somebody could take Moosbrugger. Good luck to us.

There goes SL safety net, perhaps? I’m guessing the flame turns up a bit on getting some tangible results this year, should this happen.
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

I'd have to guess this job would actually be a pay cut for Moosbrugger. It looks the the other Deputy AD makes around 220K if that information is correct.

Perhaps he knows his ass is on the hot seat? Best to jump ship before being fired or your contract expiring.

It depends on what the role is. If he is in charge of fundraising, he'll be the highest paid Deputy AD. I'd guess north of 300K. Similar to more money going to salespeople for companies, more money goes to the fundraisers at universities.

Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

Another interesting part. Moosbrugger, who tried to cut BGSU baseball, was on the 2022 NCAA Baseball Tournament selection committee. Also, on that committee Jen Cohen, Washington AD.

Maybe after he leaves, the local media will report on the secret Covid contract extension signed nearly two years ago.

Oh please Huskies, take this doofus off our hands.

And the second he's gone I know I will be writing a letter to President Rogers about what this fan believes is needed in that position.

Washington's AD went to San Diego State for her undergrad, where Moos worked from 2000-2015. She wasn't there during that time, but that could be why a relationship between them exists.

Or he is trying to pull a Huger and leverage a raise. Better get those letters written.

The Huger tactic only works on Bob Moosbrugger. Thus, Bob is about to be the 2nd consecutive BGSU athletic director to be so bad, they leave to not be an athletic director anymore. The Huger tactic is getting the AD to negotiate against himself using Bill Frack money for a coach who isn’t in demand at all anywhere but his alma mater. Hopefully, Kit Hughes can make a call today and get this finalized. He should tell Washington about how Bob let him hire the football coach in an attempt to get back toward Boston.

No chance. He has never spoke publicly for a reason.
