DVDM announces athletics staff re-org

These are great and savvy moves. I've been pretty vocal about the lack of fundraisers in athletics so I'm glad to see they are adding another where stewardship is in the responsibilities. This *should* mean donors will no longer feel like they give money and then never hear anything again until it's to ask for more money. Hard to tell if anyone is being let go in this process, but I've advised on these types of re-orgs before and it's extremely rare that there aren't at least a couple of layoffs or "retirements" as a result.
